It is estimated that 6.5 million companion animals enter the over 10,000 various Animal Shelters and Sanctuaries in the U.S. each year. Approximately 3.3 million are dogs and 3.2 million are cats. Only 4 million are adopted each year. In most cases, this means most of those not adopted get euthanized because of shelter capacity exceeding its limits. Animal Health Warehouse wants to help and we want you to help us! By purchasing items through Animal Health Warehouse, we will give 5% of proceeds back to these shelters to help them buy necessities for these animals and help reduce the kill rate in animal shelters.
